Depends on your setting — low (green) lasts longest, high (red) warms fastest. Recharge the power bank over USB-C whenever you need a top-up.
Are they safe to wear for a long time?
Yes. They run on a low-voltage rechargeable power bank (not wall current) with gentle, even warmth. Start low or medium and tap off whenever you like.
Can I wear them without the heat on?
